Exchange is the big issue we facing. Quality is good but u people are not reachable at all. Whats up the issue, personally called but no response. We are not getting our exchange from last 10 days.

- 7 days hassle-free returns/exchange
- Item should be returned in original condition
- COD and Shipping charges are not refundable
- Defective Products, Missing, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24-48 hrs of delivery with clear video proof
- Some items are not returnable Check "description" tab on product page for the same.
