At Stylobug.com, we strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We apologise if it is not as per your expectations. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange or return all items provided the following conditions are met :

    1. All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
    2. Original receipts are included.
    3. All items have been purchased originally from https://stylobug.com
    4. Request for return has been made within 7-10 days of product delivery date. For first order, we will allow 15 days for return. For size exchange we may charge for shipping for back and forth as before order confirmation we double confirm size from the customers. We request customers to be sure of the size as kids of same age have varying sizes. Stylobug's discretion will be final in such cases.
    5. Item should be returnable. Some items for example, pre-order, hair accessories, under wear, rakhis, pillow, bedding, blankets, face masks, towels, diapers, bangles, doll dresses & clearance items may not be returnable. For such items, product page specifically mentions that item is not returnable.
    6. Also note that we do not provide reverse pick-up service for order value less than Rs1000. In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at contact@stylobug.com with your order number. Alternatively, if we provide pick up service we will charge for it.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@stylobug.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Other Terms & Conditions

  1. All items can be returned or exchanged only once.
  2. We reserve the right to disqualify your eligibility for free returns if subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as previous order(s).
  3. Not all pin code have free return facility. For pin-codes that do not have the reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.
  4. Our returns and exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of the product.
  5. Stylobug warranty with respect to any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality or compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
  6. All returns are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2019.
  7. All decisions made by https://stylobug.com shall be final.

    How can I return eligible products

    You can email us at contact@stylobug.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.

    When will I get my refund?

    • Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check
    • After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment.
    • It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
    • Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable. Any coupon code/gift vouchers applied will not be returnable.
    • Banks normally send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

    What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

    We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images/video of the defect in the email.
