They won’t return your money . Even if they have sent a mail for refund. They will simply deny the refund.
Very bad experience!
I’ve been chasing this company for 45 days to pick up my return. I received a damaged product, and even after so many follow-ups, no one came for the pickup. The customer service team was rude and completely unhelpful, and now they’re telling me that I have to return it myself. None of the senior executives bothered to solve my issue.
This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this company at all.
